Great things are coming for golf and sports enthusiasts at our first project location - the Old St. Helens Golf Course. We are in the early days, and our plans have us a year out (Fall '25) before the first parts of the Golf Course Campus are operational and ready for use. The property is undergoing a phased redevelopment with significant upgrades and additions. It is currently in the early design, permitting, funding, and construction planning stages.

 

The new course will showcase a reimagined and redeveloped par 35, 9-hole course. Our goal is to create a challenging yet fun experience - ideally having to use every club in your bag. We plan to maximize the available acreage and utilize many of the historical holes, shape, and beauty of what many of us knew to be the old St. Helens Golf Course.

 

Additionally, we are evaluating synthetic greens and tee boxes for higher quality year round play.
